SW Chris and SW City have made national press after being featured in Businessweek Magazine.

The entry, comprising of a short description of Activeworlds and the SW City Revolution video created by the aforementioned SW Chris, was featured in a display of alternatives to second life.

The surprise inclusion, announced on the forums, newsletter and universe immigration officer is well needed publicity for the Activeworlds universe. Activeworlds Inc has been regularly criticised for not doing any external promotion of the universe.
