Licence

The programmer, Mark A. Randall grants a single, none transferable licence to use the software with as many instances as needed for personal use. This bot may not be hosted by commercial services without a licence. This product may not be used in any worlds that are e-commerce sites without a licence.

Commercial licences are available, ranging in price based on situation, by emailing the author.

I as the author reserve the right to terminate your licence at any point without giving reason, at which point you must uninstall and delete any copies of the software from your computer; this does not include logs, configuration files and databases generated while using the software.

I as the author reserve the right to demand that any licence holder updates their software to the latest release, without giving technical reason, for matters of security and the critical patching of any security vulnerabilities. This is a measure taken to ensure that interconnected systems are not compromised, this will only be used in an emergency.

I as author give my statement that this bot in no way tracks activities on your computer that are not directly connected to the software, and that the software contains no adware or spyware. Software is virus scanned prior to uploading.

Licence holders are permitted to use the bot, in-world for whichever reasons they require it, licence holders may not utilise the software to break any relevant rules or guidelines in the Universe, Galaxy or SolServer they are using the software in.

You may not decompile, disassemble or in any way attempt to reverse engineer or determine the internal workings of the software or the accompanying support binaries unless granted explicit permission by the author.

Your licence is limited in your right to use the Active Worlds software, if this right has been revoked by Active Worlds Inc, you therefore lose your licence to use this software automatically due to its required files.

This bot will occasionally check with citizen number 334303 via botgram and report its version, so if there should be any problems I can notify you, you really dont want a bot with a bug in it.

The author accepts no responsibility for any damage, problems, loss of data or inconvenience caused by using this software, and you agree not to hold me, or Active Worlds Inc responsible for any damages as such.
