Just because the person owns the world doesn't mean that the person does all
the work. Let's just say that two people own my world. One person is a
professional builder, a web designer, and a prominent AW citizen, and the
other owner is a terrible builder that has low-class connections and no
taste. If the first owner was the caretaker, the first person sure as he__
doesn't want to claim that the other owner's crappy buildings are theirs.

I'm sorry to say this, but all you need to do is HAVE multiple backdrops and
get a bot. It's sort of, um, POINTLESS to take up more space on your hard
drive and slow your POS processor down just to make clouds move. Why even
bother with multiple backdrops? One good thing to do would be to just have
NO backdrop and to have a bot slowly change the colour of the sky. That way,
no downloads crap. Or you could have it pre-downloaded, like in a hidden
picture under the world's GZ.

Actually, there is such a thing as a phone bot. Just have it wonder and
announce people. I don't know if the current version can do that, but you
never know... If anybody's interested, I can get copies. Not available on a
web site, or anything...
