I find only eight citations mentioning "ActiveWorlds", in the general periodical
literature in the extensive (several thousand publications) "Proquest" and
"Ebsco" database collections for the 2-year period, 1999-2001. Only four of
these cites come from nationally circulated publications.

A final note:

The fact that I had to use another cit to continue this discussion thread, proves, I think, that my original claim is true.
