True LNH ..but I just had to put that in because I would not have to use my
yellow ? which peeps think is rude if I had the alternative of the busy
message ect..to let people know that I'm busy and can't just join them all
the sudden or be invited.

Great idea Kenneth as I delete my cache. O thanks for reminding me to it. I
know we should do this often but I think this is the first time in a month I
have deleted mine. Maybe with the button I would have done it sooner. I know
most of my friends delete theirs everytime before they come onto AW...LOL

I have to agree with some here. You can't expect them to re-write and intire
programa that has grown up with windows for just a few people. Espcially
when most of the base here are windows users as someone reported above. Here
is what I would do>>>>GO TO STORE AND BUY A CHEAP PC TO USE WITH AW. Don't
say you can't afored it either becuase you already bought another OP and you
would not even be online if you could not afored it. Go buy another PC and
end your suffering over it. LOL. I would....However I do have to agree with
her/him that XP is noting but hassles hassles hassles. It is definetly shaky
and it does love to shut down without notice and it does get weak in the
knees if you don't restart it constantly...without question they do have a
point on that one those Linux users. Mine does it and so do many of my
friends. People know that XP has some weaknesses to it. It's widly known
FACT.

I have been using those prefab homes for a long time now and truthfully I
enjoy them and craming objects into them with move actions to get all the
furnishings into them. It is not so easy but fun to do. I have several fully
furnished prefab condos I call them heehee. Have experimented with them many
times and often go back to add more or change them.

However it would be nice to have some that were much larger covering more
cell space so you can put more funishings in them. I would be thrilled if
someone made more versions of them only larger with basements also. A two
car garage would be nice. Actually a complete home ready made where all you
do is add the funiture and yard would be so exciting to me. I wish the
present models also had side doors in them so you could connect them
together and have a walk through making them larger. Also it would be nice
if one had a real actic that you could store stuff in.

More than this though I wish aw had the cars, planes and boats that are
found in AWTeen. Now that would be a big improvment.
Guess I'm growing weary of the homemade cheepo looking cars that we all try
to make. I'm also growing weary of the nice condos that we have now. It's
time to give us something more advanced to play with. I think I have tried
every angle and version of them possible. I want more of those and larger
please...castles and mansions too. But I really have enjoyed the ones Lara
made. Gave me many hours of enjoyment in the past.

Teleports/Telegrams/Contacts Index's THE TABS

I know this has been brought up before but one thing that would greatly
enhance my experience would be if I could somehow organize these items in
folders or under titles that I make myself.

I have been using the same citizen now for a few years and I have collected
tons of teleports and contacts especially. Often I have to run through the
long list and for me it often causes me to miss chat or I have to hunt and
dig through them. I even keep teleports for friends often in my list just
because I know they will ask me if they have to reinstall the browser or
loose the cit for a while.

Now often I have thought of just deleting them all but then I think back how
much time it took me to collect all this data. I do refer back to
contacts,teleports and grams very often but it's getting to the point where
I might just have to delete a ton of stuff.

Anyways I hope the new version will have someway for me to divide all this
into folders or at least the teleports would be very helpful and a huge time
savings and less stress for me.

Also there are two tabs that I never use. Search and Users Guide. Now I know
the Users Guide is important but I have asked several friends and we all
agree that the search tab is never used by any of us.

We all spend a huge amount of our time in the other tabs however and I just
think you need only the things you use most in that area. It's the main
toolbox of AW and there is no way to organize it. Sorry for long post...

I was buzzing around in the AWGate and I noticed that wonderful Moon. Sure
would be nice to have that in the Mega Path for world owners to use or
somthing similar. If there is one I have not been able to find it.

I have to fully agree with Heretik. This is widely discussed in all the chat
rooms on AOL in the past few weeks and even on the sites main cover news as
well as all over MSN'S main page. Also my local news channels as well as the
national news channels cover the story daily and hour upon hour on TV. It's
no secret to any child or person who lives and breaths in the real world or
who is not overly protected by an adult. I would think it would be a very
good topic and would be interesting to hear the many VERY STRONG
personalities of Active Worlds discussing the topic. I was not present when
this occurred but from what it sounds like Heretik has a valid point here. I
will say however I have been present when PK61 was around before and never
have noticed the PK being overly protective of conversations at the GZ. The
PK might have just made an error in judgment which is very easy to do and I
have heard many other PK's make similar errors in judgment in the past. I do
feel however that if the PK thought it was to deep for the people in the GZ
at that time it was to his full discretion and is why AW intrust the PK to
make such judgments. I mean I don't agree that my state should force me to
wear a seat belt in the car either. Even though I know it saves lives. The
PK'S do a very good job...ALL OF THEM in my opinion including 61. I was
thinking about this and it would be difficult depending on what one feels is
not good for an open forum. It would be difficult for me I know to make such
judgments. Michael Jackson was never able to live a normal life and so if he
is molesting children it would not be a surprise to me. My guess is that he
did molest children but not in the sense that we think of it. He might not
think in his own mind that it is molesting as his childhood was far from
anything normal. His adult life as well. Michael has done amazing things in
the world outside of his music career. He has helped many more people than
he might have not helped. Many children in the world would not have good
care if it were not for his generosities. I know someone who knows directly
the results of Michael's generosity and this child needed his help so badly.
This child I know through a co-worker still receives support from one of
Michael's foundations. Also I must admit that I have always been a Michael
Jackson fan. Born in the same state..LOL. Most of us grew up with him and
it's hard to imagine he did such things. But it's highly likely that he did
knowing the way in which he was raised and protected from the world and the
normal things we all appreciate. His sexual urges were probably never
explored in a normal way or the way most of us might have explored them.
Michael also was probably rarely ever left alone even for a minute when his
body was going through those stages of life. He ALSO might have made an
error in his judgment.

Noticed this also last night around 10:00 pm E.S.T.. The delete and not
deleted syndrome. Just in the past month especially. A friend told me last
night I did not show online with a check mark even though we were standing
talking to each other. Apparently something was lost as I could not see my
contacts or worlds list but the friend could see me and chat. I even got
curious enough to check my internet connect speed.

One thing that AW needs is a Court System. In RL we have these places called
courts. They are these places that when there is a disagreement between two
parties that solve things in a fair way by allowing the citizens to police
themselves. In this type of system the Police um(PK'S) are also policed and
the Judge and prosecutor are policed. This would help AWI um(ENZO AND JP)
to not have to make decisions that would could cause them to loose one party
and their fees. It would help the PK'S to be trusted and respected by their
citizens and tourists of which many are becoming worried about how the
organization operates and concerned it could happen to them as well as
Duskbat is a great friend to so many of us we feel we could be harassed in a
similar way. As DaBean said below it would make the PK'S stay aligned and
get rid of any of corruption. I vote right off the bat that we have
Ferruccio build the huge marble and gold looking court with some helpers as
I have never seen a court in AW. Maybe one already exist but I have never
found one. You would need to have the citizens vote for a judge and elect a
prosecutor and then you all come together and have a court preceding where
you announce the charges to the public (which really helps peeps to know
what's it all about) and go through jury selection (which would be fun in
VR..(but is not in RL). It would have to be open to the public cause courts
in RL are open to keep things fair and just so the peeps of the land know
what's going on. We could have the awnews press and any other news
media,Radio Stations..even some php Court TV maybe LOL there to cover it or
announce it to all the cit's, lurkers, peeps and tourist. LOL. It would also
be fair to Mr. Duskbat but he would need a lawyer (and Mr. Heretik be a darn
good one in my opinion). You would also have to select a jury and the way
that peeps in RL do this is they allow both parties to select equal number
of jure's. Then if Mr. Duskbat is convicted he would have to suffer the
consequences and not blame AW, PK'S, CITS and take his punishment with
respect. If Mr. Duskbat is acquitted then the PK'S would have to take up a
collection amongst themselves to pay for Mr. Duskbats attorneys expenses and
fees. Fork over for his next years citizenship. I think this would be very
fair. For all you virtual citizens glued to your Virtual Worlds there is a
channel that humans watch called Court TV that will give you examples of how
this all operates and the channel has the highest ratings on human TV
programing now for some years. AWI could maybe get some new cits just from
peeps chatting about it to their human friends that don't live in the
Virtual World. Jurors would need access to a private world to make their
decisions in total privacy and not be allowed to discuss it outside of that
world and unfortunately in this type of areana since no laws are written
yet the Jurors themselves along with the judges help would need to decide a
just punishment if needed. Of course if the PK'S don't fork over for Mr.
Duskbats 1 year citizen ship Mr. Duskbat could take them to court and sue
them. But let me warn you 1 lawsuit brings on many more and eventually 1
judge and 1 prosecutor would not be able to handle all the cases and then
citizens would be emailing AWI complaining of long lines and weeks of time
to sue someone and then AWI would just have to delete the court and eject
everyone. LOL, HF

Yes we know this Linn, Linn you could be the Clerk of the Court. HA! and yes
the Court House noted above by SW Comit would work just fine. I saw the
place and happend onto it while hunting for nuggests of all things and a man
was there in the court Room and asked what I was doing there and to please
not fly in the court room. I'm not kidding you about this.. The Court House
does have the powerful look to it that it would need to deal with folks such
as us. heehee

Here's a little story for you DaBean. My older brother took up flying school
and I remember him going through all those things you just mentioned above.
The day after he got his license he, my mother(who bless her soul was scared
to death even flying in a commercial plane), my little brother and myself
all went up into the air with him in some type of little prop plane similar
to the ones you have shown us pictures. We flew around a bit on a perfect
day but one problem...I noticed my brother was not comfortable. He seemed
worried or something. There was something about him that just didn't seem
right. So I asked him is everything ok? and eek... he reply's guess what, I
say what, he says in a very calm voice "the flaps of this plane are not
working." O NO..and if you could have seen our faces and my mother was
almost ready to pass out right there and now. He says let me radio in and
see what I should do.

In the mean time all kinds of horrible thoughts are running through our
minds. My hands were shaken and I was gripping Moms and my little brothers
so tight I almost hurt them at even the thought of crashing. My mother was
practically in another world as if her soul had already departed this world.
So he decides he must land right away and it would be softer to land in the
huge BEAN field next to the landing strip instead of the tarmac.

He comes down very gently and off we go brushing with all the BEANS that
some poor farmer was sure to be upset about but who cares we were alive. The
plane comes to rest. This was in the country and nobody was around so my
brother decides he has to get the plane back on the tarmac. If you could
have seen the BEANS all over the plane. I mean it was painted green and all
of us panting in relief like swoosh. We were very relieved to be on the
ground. It was such an experience for us that from that day on my mother
begged, pleaded and demanded my brother to never fly again. To this day he
has never piloted a plane again. True Story

Yes I want to say that my roomate is Catholic and cried all day the first
day and just seeing the news is very hard for everyone actually. Not Just
Catholics are sad. The Whole World is sad over it. He was a great man and
helped us all in many ways wither you be Cathoic or not.

Will be interesing for younger people to see how the new Pope will be
chosen. This does not happen in everyones lifetime so it should be
interesting. Parents make sure your children see this interesting change
that will take place in our history. Even if your Christian you should make
sure your children see all the coverage that will take place right in front
of our eyes. What a good time to explain to your children about the Pope and
cardinals. The Loved Saints, and the differences between Catholicism and
Christianity.

Pope Pope John Paul II would be a wonderful Saint as he seemed to love all
the different faiths of the world and considered them all Holy. I have a
book about him but I never finished reading it...tink I will now.

Yes..but one poblem ..um that means we will need to start building Nursing
Homes Lol..Joking. Seriously though Fibbles a friend of mine comes over
sometimes on the weekends and she often brings her little daughter with her.
When they come over the first words out of her mouth is always "I want to
see Fibbles on your computer please please please!!" haha. She also luvs the
BugsLife World and the ant av's. Usually wants to go there next. I do allow
her to play with the keys and what not...she luvssssssss it. So you do have
a fan out here that you may not be aware of but now you are..Keep up the
good work.

Speaking of which many of the owners of them rarely keep them up. Some good
/some not. I think some of these owners don't keep their ISP'S paid is what
the problem is. I have been watching them for a very long time. Some have
not changed the content on them months..even years. Basically some of them
are a total waste of cell space. lol. I have been toying with cam url's

Why even have a network status page if it's never updated in real time or

A new friend from Colombia just got his citizenship friday night and was
sooo looking forward to enjoying his new found freedom only to find he could
NOT login. Being inexperienced he kept reinstalling the application over and
over again. But once he got an email through to me it ended his pain and
suffering.
