Xelagot x1 3.308 available.

Enhancement: when using an elevdump to rebuild your terrain,
non-existing terrain pages can now be added and modified by the bot
(altitude, etc), just like existing ones. This allows you, for
example, to change the altitude of a virgin terrain.
