Hey maki:)

I will meet with you today then make my post following our decisions
from that meeting.
I also might suggest we have some non biased people attending, only to
record the chat and to say nothing during our chat. (Possibly a PK?)
No friends, no supporters of each of our causes ok please?
This is personal between you and I ok?
I think this way it will keep our conversation focused on what we need
to mend here, and won't allow for it to become a circus of accusations.
Let me know what you think and then we can set up a meeting.
