I just got a virus from

BSN-77-245-30.dsl.siol.net [193.77.245.30]

It contains a readme.zip containing "readme.html" which is
actually an encoded EXE file with some script code which
tries to execute the EXE file :

Did you click on a URL in a telegram or open text message or did you receive
this as a file from an AW citizen? Or do you even know how you got it?

It came as an email, I saved the attachment and looked what
it was. I'm always curious :)
