I know it's sad. As Goober King mentioned on SWC Radio, AW is switching

It's mainly because of the price hikes and the disabled tourist building in
Alphaworld. People are still dropping out right now because the prices are just too high. I have given up building in small towns these days because I know they are going to die withen the next week. With no tourist building in AW, and with everyone having to pay 350% the price they used to pay for AW, everything is dying out. AW is just not nearly as fun as it used to be. Of course E N Z O, being the wonderful buisnessman that he is, won't even consider changing anything back the way it used to be, not even tourist building in AW :P I bet if he even reads this post, he'll just ignore it, or stick on some lame joke, or an illogical excuse to why he is managing AW the way he is. ssl.Nov 28, 2003, 12:50pm

yeah, I just made another thread asking E N Z O what he thinks he should do
to improve the AW community, and he sure hasn't replied with any ideas, nor has anyone else at that matter. I've talked with a lot of people, (people who left AW because of prices) and most of them are willing to pay double the origional price, but not 350% the origional price. world prices are disgusting as people can't even buy worlds anymore just to have fun. whatever happened to trial cits and worlds? that system is another thing that made me want to immigrate. Now people can't even see what it's like without giving out personal info that they are not even sure they want active worlds to have. |
