The new JamesBot has been released with new features and bug fixes. Below
the

---Bug Fixes--

-The world attributes had a little bug it was fixed.

--New/Removed Features--

-Citnum and Citname were added.

-Added a new owner command.

-Added a 'explain' command.

-Multiple Ownership is now available.
