maybe.. ban their account?

Don't get me started on the DMCA :) Anyway, they could just get the person on breach of contract (yes, your license agreement is a contract). This is one of the reasons I don't like the DMCA... don't need it :) Good thing it's not law in Canada (yet...).

Agent1, I don't think I'd be too keen about the DMCA either. I need to read
