That has anything to do with what I said? No, it doesn't. You represent the company
as part of it's employee base, no matter if you volunteer or if you are paid.
Representation does not automagically sway into the administrators or other high
level employees.

By the way, you wouldn't capitalize what; ellipses are not periods, they do not end a
sentence. Right, it's a run-on sentence.
