As "incompetent" as you think AWI might be, methinks the problem is on
your end, not theirs. It's not that the beta team doesn't *want* to
understand; they understand perfectly. The problem comes when you lose
your patience and suggest things by insulting them. Perhaps if you had
asked with a more polite tone, as some of the other beta testers did,
you would still be on the beta team. Their politeness is what got the
Apply button into the most recent version of 3.4, not your outburst.
Think about it next time. You'll notice a lot of Eep's suggestions only
got implemented *after* someone else agreed with him and asked for it in
a more polite tone...
