Um... Blix said nothing of the sort. If you think he did, prove it. Get me
the transcript.

US still has proof, but isn't claiming they are going to present it. In
fact, they're saying quite the opposite, that thye want to hold their cards
close to the chest.

And UN Resolution 1441 which was passed in November called for the
disarmament of all of Iraq's weapons of mass destruction. What Blix thinks
doesn't really matter.
