Ok, obviosuly the Object Properties Window is the thing that pops up when
you right click a window, but when I first right click on an object it
maximizes to cover my entire screen, including my taskbar, so I have to
double click the menu bar to restore it, but it only brings it down to the
size of half my screen. I Have tried rebooting, reinstalling, everything...
If ya got any clues or know whats wronge I'd appreciate any help. Thanks :)

Whats ur resolution, I have no problems with it, nor have I ever had any
problems with it
