The newsgroup seems full of plugs recently, but I'm going to join in anyway.
Without further ado, I'm posting to announce:

AWnews.com is live again!

We've got a whole new, cleaner layout, a unified (commentable!) news system,
a revised event calendar and a whole lot more. Plus, the news is flowing in
full force again. We're poised to become the one site you need when you
want to know what's happening in the ActiveWorlds Universe. We've got the
lowdown on AWCI's latest business deals in "business," world reviews in
"travel," upcoming projects like BigBrother in "entertainment," and the
latest rants in "opinion." Add to that a few shameless plugs in "announce!"
and even the well-spoken community advocate Goober King (of UTN fame),
churning out his monthly "Stirring the Virtual Melting Pot" in "columns."

So check us out! Submit whatever news you might have hanging around. And
be sure to stop by the forum. (We promise, it's not as quiet as those
others that pop up, and it's definitely uncensored.)

Btw, we're happy to hear comments on this thread or on the site. :) I'm
personally very glad to be back in the loop of awnews.com, and I hope you
guys look forward to checking your news again. :))
