I disagree.

Warning others about the misbehavior of a person (assuming that it's
proven, of course), does not lead to the end of a community, but
protects its members against those out to harm others. On the
contrary, not warning members of a community about a dangerous or
troublesome person could lead to the end of that community when the
troublemaker is mistakenly hired or given privileges by its leader,
and when the problem causer then proceeds to cause harm or damage to
members of the community. Furthermore, a lack of communication among
the AW universe allows shady characters to easily cause more and more
damage, with little (if any) punishment that AW or world owners can
(or choose to) inflict against the perpetrator after the damage has
occurred. Therefore, the only satisfactory way to resolve these
issues is to prevent them from happening in the first place.

If it were possible to post such a site (that warns of predators and
troublemakers) without encoutering problems such as slander, libel,
and other legal issues, I would wholely support Chuck's site. Look at
my previous post.
