Hi all!
The german truespace forum ( http://www.3d-ts-forum.de has started a community movie project some time ago (I guess about half a year ago?).
The story was worked out, storyboards were drawn, models and sets are built as I write. It's progressing slow but it's progressing. I guess that's the nature of a project which has humans with limited free time involved. But we are making sure that this will be finished. A lot of time and energy has been put into it already.
I don't want to give away too much information, but from time to time I will post a picture.
The crew (in no particular order):

Looks great, Graysho. I like the effect you (and your crew?) produced with the lights throught the window bars.

I agree looks good, can't wait for the next pic, good show you guys. So does this mean we have to wait another 6 months for another pic?

Can't make any promise, but I hope to throw out more in shorter intervals. I promise to post an update as soon as the next location is done (or close to). The first hurdles of story and storyboard took a lot of time of that first half year, so expect something every one or two months from now on.
Anyway, I'm glad you like it so far. That keeps us motivated. |

Woah! That's gonna be a reeeeeal slow animation at one frame every 6 months!
Seriously though I like the still shot - very atmospheric, nice lighting and so on. I'm like all the other folk not involved with your project - keen to see more. |
