Did you guys see the new Employment Opportunities link on the front page?
I would love to work for Caligari. You guys and girls may want to take a peek
at the openings if you want to make a career of modeling.
always~

Yeah, that interested me a while back. It says "For more info... email..." so I did, and got no response... that's twice that's happened, so I've more or less given up, which is a shame.

I'm sorry to hear that Zeipher, most of the time the Caligari team replies right
away. Are you sure you included all the info they needed to process you?
I would apply myself but I still have another 18 months before I finish my Masters degree.
After that I'm going to apply all over.
Keep trying!

Hi all,
Most likely the way this works is that if we are interested in following up, then we get in touch, but since we get a large number of applications on an ongoing basis, no reply may be sent out to those where we won't be following up. I know it's unfortunate not to get a reply, but with any application visible on the web, it becomes almost a necessity to do that due to time constraints in processing the applications, and it's kind of a standard practice these days.
Apologies for that.
HTH!

No, you misunderstand, I didn't apply, I merely asked for more information. |

"standard practice" is no excuse for poor practice, don't you think? |

VERY Important tip for those interested in working for Caligari: (Vickie, etc. )
Make sure you have high quality code you developed that you can show/send to them for evaluation.
The same goes for art type positions.
I interviewed with the Caligari team a few years ago; this is what they asked for. The code I had developed was not available for disclosure, unfortunately. DOH!
