trueSpace7.5 adds a new material editor and UV editor with support for the real-time workspace.


Can we see something about it ?

Sorry guys not much anyone is allowed to say at this point. :(

Check out the captain's blog entry on 12-05-2006. Zoom in the image and you'll be able to get a view of the material editor on the right hand side.

I think there was a forum thread that Roman also discussed it a bit in, too.

Any more info than that, you'll need to bug Tom, Roman, or Norm. ;)

Im not a pro team but i can say.. Ts7.5 gonna have color shaders.. Bump Map Shaders.. Reflection Shaders... i cant say anymore.. :D

Heheh.. but the truth is that is undeniable and is the only thing what we realy know... or not??? :confused:


I like to know if they add texture mapping to the Vray.. and other needed info to now what i buy. But i must wait untill i have on my computer and see with my own eyes.. and say.. HO yes.. there it is..:D OR... HO no.. holly ____ :(


Thats the bad point.. But the Good point is the 7.5 looks PREATY GOOD!! and i hope the best.. to still being a nice customer.. ;)

Mapped, like using an alpha to mask out areas where you may not want specularity or mixing two shaders using a mask etc...? Is that correct? I would like that too, in Vray...we both know we already have that with the other mat editor, using the lightworks renderer.
