This is probably the best place to put this.
I'm in a spot of bother, for my Graphics GCSE I needed to use Truespace for my poster graphics, but my computer isn't working, it's installed on my computer only (which also hasn't got the internet) and I need to use it, would it be allowed if I had it installed on my user account and only my user at school so I can get it done there, and then take it off once I've finished?
Please let me know as quick as possible and if you need more info just say, I'm going to need it tommorow (Tuesday)

I know previously Caligari has said that it is ok to install tS on say a desktop and a laptop, providing you are not using both at once. |

that is precisely what I have been told, basically I believe you can install it on a jillion computers, so long as..
1) you are the only trueSpace user for your license.
2) you are only running it on one machine at a time.
I'm no expert but I believe this holds true. |

It still holds true. So long as you dont have more than one copy in use at once, then you are fine to install it as many times as you like.
Naturally, for the school computer, you would need to install, use, and delete right away, to avoid other people using it when you are not on the computer - but so long as you do that, then it would be acceptable to do.
HTH!

That's a very user-friendly license policy. Way to go Caligari! Other software vendors, like ACD Systems / Deneba for example, charge extra for every single install, and seem to think they are generous when they offer a discount on extra licenses for the same user. |
