My decission on purchasing VRay is still in the air at the moment but I have to ask something. One problem I have with the VRay page is that you can't click on any of the images to enlarge them like you can with the TrueSpace 7.5 page. I have saved some of the images to my computer, opened them in a graphics package and magnified them but then they lose their sharpness and become pixelated.

Of all the images I want to get a closer look at, the two glass red dice at the bottom of the page have my eye. There seems to be some interesting light processing going on where the second dice can be seen through the first one. This image being small, when enlarged to a decent size to see what's going on, loses all the detail.

So, Caligari, any chance of getting a larger render of this image to see? Of course, I'd like to get larger renders of most images on the VRay page, but the two glass red dice image will do nicely.

Lack of links to large images has just been due to lack of time - most likely we will go back through and add them.

You'll note that the tS7 brochure has updated and is in the process of becoming the tS7.5 brochure. The tech specs there on the specifications page give some more info on V-Ray 1.5. As indeed does the email going out just now too, several new videos in there (I know as I made them, or overdubbed them at least!).

So that has kept us real busy :)

Apologies for the inconvenience in the meantime. Hopefully that will be early next week that we'll have some large images linked on there.

Thanks!

Tom

Thanks, Prodigy, I'll do that.

No worries, Tom. Just got the email but haven't looked at the videos yet but will soon.
