Couldn't get into it. What's the deal with that? Went into village and it was empty. Oh well.

LOL-- I think 2 PM whas 8 PM local time.. and im 2 hours late but... i wait 1:45 minutes alone clicking on the winners egg thinking im the lucky one..

I send a mail to tomg, to one way to fix that type of errors is add a countdown or better on the promo page the local time from the server (i assume the same of caligari location)

And then anybody from anyplace can be sure how many time left to the contest for example.. Is a needed point of reference..

Even for join with other users.. OK Dude will seeyou at 2:40 on trueplace..

2:40?? My local time or your Local time.. with that We join at 2:40 Caligari Site time and nobody can make misstakes..

That's a great idea, Prodigy. I had to use Google to find out what time 2:00p.m. PST was here in Ireland, which was 10:00p.m.

The hunt was fun, quite a few people turned up and Roman came in and told us to go hunting. The egg was found within ten minutes by Wicket Witch of the Web, cragatulations again.

My only gripe with the system was that when Roman said go hunting, I wasn't sure if the hunt had stated or not. I was expecting us all to be moved to a new version of the village and spent about 60 seconds standing on the spot before deciding that if I didn't go hunting, I certainly wasn't in with a chance of winning.

But apart from that, it was fun. Got to meet some of the folks here, had a chat and a laugh, it was good stuff. The countdown is a great idea and all I ask is next time there's a hunt on, make it more pronouced that the hunt has started.

My only gripe with the system was that when Roman said go hunting, I wasn't sure if the hunt had stated or not. Well we did not do a perfect job on starting the hunt, next time we will do better. Main problem was that it did not take Wicked Witch 10 min it was more like 20 seconds, which surprised me greatly, given that Paul hid these egg realy well.

In any case it seems next year we should have a more elaborate version as the actual act of searching for the egg seems quite a bit of fun.

It was a very fun event. It was nice to 'type' with several others and to chat with Roman, Bibiana & Paul. I'm sorry I killed the fun of the hunt in seconds - it was a happy accident, I just happened to be looking in the right place when the hunt started. Reinstating all the eggs and going on a 'guided tour' with the Caligari gang after was fun as everyone stuck around for a bit and had a bit of a party!

It was a great idea and a fun event - I'm just sorry I spoilt the hunt so quickly, but also very glad! :)

Thanks to eveyone who made it happen

It was all good and fun even if it was quick! :)

I kept hunting around after a few folks already found the eggs. Can't get that 'ding' sound outta my head now though. Musta heard it about a dozen times before I spotted the first egg.

Maybe we can do some sort of outdoor pumpkin patch or something for Halloween?

Very fun Roman and crew. We definitely should do more of this!

Just out of curiosity, who were the responsible artists for creating the mushroom village?

One artist - Emmanuel Asset. In fact Emmanuel created all the truePlace spaces. One very talented person!

HTH!
