We only have a stingy 300mb per MONTH! download contract - perhaps I could just offer to pay the extra dowloads fee? Wonder how much per mb it is? All of this is moot as I still haven't received the email (I feel like Cartman in South Park when he was waiting for the release of the Wii)
Just head over to your local Starbucks. They offer wireless internet from $0 - $15. |

I got my e-mail today at around 11AM Eastern time, I was one of the people entitled to the free upgrade. Wicked fast download almost 2MBs/second. |

I think they spaced the downloads out a bit much. I would've been happy with only a 400k per sec download... ;) :p:D LOL

Ok my misstake.
I didn't read the mail carefully enough were it says one should go back in there and approve the "zero" order, this is what triggers the download area to show the download.
I had a free upgrade by the way...
Downloading
A big thank to Caligari support as well! helping me out without me requesting it ;) now that's support...

If you still have no email, most definitely be getting in touch with customer services via telephone, or email if you prefer, though I would suggest calling at this stage.
Note that customer services don't monitor these forums directly, so getting in touch with them directly is the best way to resolve problems, they will be more than happy to help! Email is fine, but telephone is normally quicker of course :)
Best regards,
Tom |

I'm good. I felt that other people may need to continue on this thread though. |
