I too have downloaded 7.5, but can't use it until an email arrives with the key!
I've emailed customer service, but haven't gotten a reply yet. I don't see why the key couldn't have been contained in the download, or at least be available from the shopping cart, since it's a secure area that only the person who bought the program has access to. |

This is annoying. I can't even download it and no sign of the email yet.
Can anyone from caligari shed some light as to when we might get the emails and when we will be able to download the software for those that can't?

Thx Steinie, but no, I'm upgrading from 6.6
Already tried the old key before seeing in another thread that it wouldn't work. Oh well. Guess I just got to keep working on the older version until things work out. It will eventually, just gotta be patient, which I'm not too good at :o |

I know there are many complains here but on the Most annunced release happend the worst things ever...
So, its like a Chaos.. About the mail with a new Serial?? i think we can use the same as 7.x equal like 5x or 6x so dont know why change the serials .. What ever..
Very Chaotic release.. But we are waiting for a looong time.. and caligari change 3 or more times the release date.. and now they dont change.. but they dont release so is the same for me..
Sorry Caligari, but this "technics" to release a product doesnt work at all.. AT my opinion? they dont have a final release yet.. |

Does anyone actually have it yet?
I was hoping to be able to start using it during my "weekend" but I guess that's not going to be the case. :/

Why the silence from Caligari? Why is it taking so long. I hate it when they set a date, it slips and then you hear nothing from them.
Don't be suprised if by next week it still hasn't shipped, regardless of what the front page says.
Extremely annoyed and dissapointed. :/ |

If you can start it, then you might be the first here to post about it ;)
tS7.5 use the same serial number as tS7.5. If you already had tS7.X then you won't receive new serial number. You have to use the tS7.x serial number for tS7.5. |

tS7.5 use the same serial number as tS7.5. If you already had tS7.X then you won't receive new serial number. You have to use the tS7.x serial number for tS7.5.
Yes, I read that in another thread.
It isn't an issue for me since I have 6.6 and will need a new serial.
Also, since I am going to bed now since the time here is almost 23.50, I won't see any e-mail today. Perhaps tomorrow - I don't know when you folks stop to work with sending new e-mails. Since I was rather late to order I guess I could have to wait to Saturday before getting it or even Monday if I am unlucky.
However, I am not really in a hurry. I really need to get my flat cleaned so a weekend without 7.5 could actually be good. :D |

Yep, It started fine ;) bit like buying a new car, still looking where all the buttons are, turning the wheel carefully, looking for the gadgets. It's bewildering.
I received an upgrade, so after installation it already included my old serial number.
I'm only having problems downloading VRay 1.5, but sent a message to customer service, hoping they have time to look into it :rolleyes: |
