E-mails are going out as I write this. The last one should be out by tomorrow morning. If you upgraded from TS7.1, your existing serial number will work OK for TS7.5 upgrade.

I was not happy with some characters in distribution build last night and we updated it this morning, so if you downloaded yesterday you may want to re-download. It is a very minor change the problem was the horse I mentioned in my launch speech as an example of user collaboration. Heidi, Mr Bones and Tomas completed it in last minutes allright, but we mangled it a bit in the process, as we did another character and I felt we needed to fix it. That delayed things a bit.

I will post to Captain's Blog some suggestions to try in TS7.5 in a little bit so when you get your copy of TS7.5 up and running you can try to follow that. Mostly it will be just playing with some amazing content in included libraries, majority of it created for trueSpace community by our Beta testers.

I was right about what I said a long time ago! TrueSpace 7.5 has easily got the sexiest interface of any 3D software ever.

The look and feel are really great. And it's fast. I will now retreat from public life for a few weeks to study the manual :o

i'm thinking of printing the manuel out and reading it on holiday so i'm ready to go when i get back. I've never been one for manual reading but this looks so different from 6.6 i think i'll have to try it

Yay... just checked the email and there it was! woohoo... downloading 7.5 now.

But I'm also having trouble with V-Ray 1.5...?

Do we need to wait for another e-mail before V-ray is available? This first email is 7.5 only - no mention of Vray order, so that's what I'm guessing...

Maybe while we wait for our turn someone could set up a Hotline. Have someone describe the sexy interface to us while we wait...:D

There was a version of SimCity a few years back and when the game started a VERY sexy female voice purred: "Reticulating Spline!" That's what we need for tS 7.5!

Funny! I don't complain on the forums. However, I pre-order 7.0 way back on 11/18/05. No emails for me. No worries, I have 9.2!

Yes I finally have both installed and ready to go. Looking good! I hope everyone else gets their TS real soon.

Prodigy let me know what you think of the new version after you play with it for a while.

One thing I think is not right would be the pop up boxes for clearing a scene or converting to an editable mesh "continue yes or no" They don't match the TS interface and really look odd when they pop up.

I would hope Roman lets us in on what his plans are for TS 7.6 (My guess would be importing and exporting) Maybe also start a new Captains Blog for that.

Splinters, hats off for your work on the icons.

Oh man. I've only been given V-Ray 1.5 to download. That's almost cruel, but I'm sure the 7.5 download is not far off now. Excitement.

Those pop ups have a "don't show again" checkbox. I always check those myself as I don't really need the constant reminders. :)
