:jumpy: Just found out from customer service that I will recieve my email notification tomorrow!:jumpy:
:banana: As stated, I pre-ordered 7.0 on 11/18/05. Since I'm not paying for the upgrade, I must deemed last to receive the email. Curious, any early 7.0 adopters receive their emails and downloads yet? When did you pre-order?

Here are other observations,
Right clicking on object doesn't bring up icons for point edit mode? Feature removed?
After using 7.11 and closing application using the bottom left "X" they got rid of it?
Closing TS 7.5 is auto saving scene so it loads next time. Same problem in 7.11 too. (It should always prompt)
I have check mark next to "Prompt for Save" but it doesn't ask me.
I love how they implemented VRay into Workplace.
I can't believe I'm going to ask this but where is the LE now?:) They hid it quite well. |

Still no email - I'm in the same boat as you Anunnaki I did the v7 pre-order in late 2005. Hopefully tomorrow for me as well.
For those who have it how big is the download in mbs for the program and the manual? |

Right clicking on object doesn't bring up icons for point edit mode? Feature removed?The PE tools are now always visible. They're in the toolbar in the workspace 3d window.
After using 7.11 and closing application using the bottom left "X" they got rid of it?Now you just close with the regular window X like every other application.
I can't believe I'm going to ask this but where is the LE now? They hid it quite well.Windows now have 1d, 2d, 3d, or 4d aspects. Just change any window to 2d to get the LE.

Thanks for the info Prodigy - 141mbs for program and manual. Hmmm .... I thought I might be able to get the boss to let me download it at work but that is probably too big. Might have to order it on a disk after all. Curses! |

to whom it may concern:
Im just curious, if you are a pro team member, how are we supposed to get the upgrade ? And im not talking about beta versions.
I dont see it on the download area assign to me. However I do see the 1.5 vray upgrade there. And since im on the subject, do I need to wait ts 7.5 before I install vray 1.5?

Same for me CrisM,
I think Proteam is getting it last. Probably fair since we still have the RC to play with and everyone else has been waiting with 7.11 or 6.6... but hey what ever happened to proTeam perks? :p

We only have a stingy 300mb per MONTH! download contract - perhaps I could just offer to pay the extra dowloads fee? Wonder how much per mb it is? All of this is moot as I still haven't received the email (I feel like Cartman in South Park when he was waiting for the release of the Wii) |

ick, Burnart, that's crazy. I use up more than 300 mb/month just surfing the web and checking e-mail. In the USA most providers offer unlimited download service -- I pay $30ish per month I think and I must move Gigs of bandwidth every week.

Dang still waiting for mine, I was on the 7 pre release though :rolleyes:

Hi all,
Going to start a new single thread about this soon.
Getting an update on where things should be, to see if it is normal and expected that you havent got emails yet, or if something is up.
It could be that spam and junk mail filters have blocked things, etc etc. Emails can easily go astray :(
One thing to check, see if you can download tS7.5. If you can download it, your "unlocked" which means your email should have been processed and sent out, I believe.
I will get back to everyone with more info as soon as I can. I dont want to get everyone writing in when it is expected they dont have their email yet, but neither do I want people sat waiting who should have got it.
Watch for a new thread as soon as I have the info (new thread simply because we have two threads on this issue just now, so I'll bring it all into one place once I have more details).

For Proteam members, where will the Truespace 7.5 link appear? I assume it will be in our last ProTeam purchase number. I keep checking and so far, nada.
When I purchased Vray15 i received a new purchase number, and that's where it appeared. |

definitely not a junk mail issue here..ts7.5 hasn't even been put on my download page, just vray is there under my ts7.5 payment date which was last july . there is no purchase date for vray:confused: |

I do always find it interesting how long the 'last day to order' and 'pre-release pricing' link stays up even after the product ships.
It's usually the 'last day to order' for like two weeks. |

One thing Stan you will find TS7.5 in the folder dated July 2006 if you have it.

Stan and I ordered at the same time last year and I received my copy last night. So the sending by order date isn't being used apparently. |
