I have not had my card charged for VRay yet as I did with tS 7.5 so I guess we are not getting VRay at the same time as tS. But I guess we will be quite for now until the "Hey wheres my VRay" threads start.

Hey!, where's my Vray!Justin, our records show that we e-mailed you download information on both TS7.5 and V-Ray already. If you still did not receive it send me e-mail to roman@caligari.com

Roman,

Don't mean to cry wolf here but I cannot remember if the email for this type of thing that I have configured for Caligari is:

frootee@comcast.net

OR

frootee@netzero.net

The comcast address no longer exists (Comcast told me I'd have access for 30 days after cancellation of our account but they blew it away immediately).

frotee@netzero.net is the primary adress, not all e-mails went out yet, if you do not receive it by tomorrow morning post here or email customer support.

I have same problem as Visu. Got V-Ray downloaded, but no TS in cart. Fortunately the RC hasn't expired yet.... ;)

Got the files and the emails - and the download was quick!! In Australia!!!!

Thanks folks, and well done!

Update: running on Vista Business, no real problems except the width of the border on some really small windows, and in flicking between workspace and modeller views, crashed while in vray render to area..

Wow. Just wow. Caligari, you have done something brilliant here. I've been fooling around for quite a while, and every time I do something, something else comes up that makes me think "Wow! This is so cool!" I mean, you know how with all of Google's products you're just like "Hey, this is pretty neat!" Well, this is like that, except infinitely more so. This is surely what Roman envisioned when he started in 3D. If it gets better than this interface, I don't want to hear about it, because my perception on reality will collapse. You've done well, Caligari. Take a vacation to Hawaii. Celebrate for a long time for this. Because seriously. I'm not even remotely miffed about the wait now, because it was so worth it.

Checked my email last night at 10.30 and then went to bed. It arrived 20 minutes later...
Anyway, I'm downloading it now and it's coming along just nicely...

Woo Hoo...

Yeah! Like what he said! I couldn't have said it better - even though I would have said it in a different colour!

Vizu I didn't realise one needed to kind of reorder again for "zero" money, just accepting the order.

This triggered the download to appear in the download area

So read your mail once again and see if this is needed?

Hope this helps.

Don't tell him there are going to be ongoing manual updates for 7.5, starting in about a month!:eek:We hope we start manual updates even sooner, there could be some even next week. For example we added reverse clips to animation editor on last day before shipping as one of the testers requested it as a showstopper item. There was no way to document all this in manual at the same time.
