Since this is not "artwork" but indeed images, I post here instead of in "finished artwork" gallery.

Wow cool effect. I was never able to get that plug-in to work for me, but it sure does some nice stuff.
Great work, Leif!

It is a series of particles from trueParticles (star type, but they are not rendered) and every particle have a pyrocluter torus puff.
It is as simple as that.
Illuminated. Top left have a spotlightfrom inside. |

Here's another quite funny shape, a bit vague in contrast, but the outcome interested me so much I desided to use it for future work...
This is one single puff of pyrocluster.

It ain't supposed to be anything, by the way. But pyrocluster is one plugin I like to work with. |

Leif,
I own Pyrocluster as well but cant reinstall it due to the fact it needs another activation code. (I have a new machine since I last installed it.) The people that make the plugin refuse to answer my emails. Blasted nuisance as I would like to try it again in TS 7.5.
Have you managed to get a new serial number from them?
Cheers

I have reinstalled it without need for another activation code...
Edit: I remember that trueParticles standalone plugin registration data is harddisk based.
I have not seen any reports that this (pyrocluster) is.
I did not install it directly into tS 7.5. Since I also have tS 6.6 installed, and since cebas.dll is located within 6.6 directory I loaded it from there from 7.5 model side.
Registration data is located in my 6.6 directory, in folder PLUGCFG, and it contains PyroCluster.SER and PyroCluster.CFG.
In windows registry, there are this key address:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Caligari\TrueSpace5\PO S\KeyData
It contains a REG_BINARY key named 'PyroData' that contains exactly the same as PyroCluster.CFG.
Edit 2: It shall be "TrueSpace5\POS\" but for some reason there is a space inserted between PO and S above. |
