I'm going to start doing some polls to guage where I need to make adjustments to my buisness model. It would help a lot if I could get as much participation as possible.

Ha! You're right.
Seriously, I'm not making so much...so I'm trying to get a general idea if it is pricing or the tuts are too limited(easy at this point). I will be doing about two more polls to get to the bottom of this. They are only useful if I actually pay attention to the results. |

General opinion is underpricing, so this will not change. I've put up a new poll. I'm not getting very much feed back, so if someone would like to post additional comments, aside from the polls....head on over to the forum and chime in..you do not need to be a paying customer to vote or have "say". I know a lot of you just nab the free stuff, that is why it is there, so head on over and let me know what you think. |

Why do I have to register to give you an opinion or vote for a poll? That might be why your not getting feedback.
I'll give you my reasons here why I or maybe others are not buying.
1) Too lengthy, 6 hours for just the body is an eternity.
2) The nude won't be bought by people with young kids IF they are always around. You just cut out all schools too.
3) It's advanced modeling. I think you should go after newcomers also.
4) File Size.
Think if you did a Tutorial on UV mapping? Texturing? Bones? There is a bigger need there. Not a lot of people are into modeling a figure from scratch....hence Poser.
These are my opinions only and I just wanted to help. |

I did not think about the registration...Doh! I'm against the registration requirement, but don't know enough PHP or HTML to do self created forums. I may post them here as an alternative....need to think on it.
I'll keep your other points in mind, the nudity....I never really thought about it that way, I think when it comes to 3D and art in general it gets looked over. I never once thought of it as nudity, strange.
-Anyway points noted. |

I've decided to move them here, most of my customer base is here and this is sorta my second home anyway. That and most are already registered here. I will be setting them up to run for two weeks each. |
