Hello, When using bvh animation clips like MrBones offers does anyone know how to have characters interact with the physics against other characters and objects while keyframing?. Only way I seem to be able to do it is use the PHYS MOVE tool then make anim clips. That is the only way I can get physics collision. Viewing many of mr bones anims (like with the monkey or the banana man) it seems so flawless the way that the characters and objects interact using physics in the workspace.

J,

All I do is select the actor, apply a phyprop to it by clicking the button that looks like a black torus. Once applied, I right click the icon and it brings up the constraints menu on the right. I set active to off. Then that character will collide via physics to any object in workspace.

It also helps to set the actors phyprops to self collision. That makes the characters bones collide with each other, That way bones and characters can collide off each other.

There are other menus for forces, acceleration, and velocity, lots to experiment with.

Hope you like it.

Most of the credit should go to the software that makes it all possible.
More quickly and easier than ever.

Cheers
