Hi all,
This month (August 2007 at the time of writing) we are launching the trueSpace Ambassadors program. This is a way of rewarding registered users (and their friends). Right now the program is announced, but the sign up process is not live - that should be active later next week, but we wanted to get the details out so that people had heard of it.

Like the newly launched External Gallery, information on this will be going out via email too, but wanted to post here on the forums now that the pages are live.

Great idea Tom and, as you stopped at Gold for the highest level, you always have Platinum to award to the most outstanding members-perhaps an annual award or something similar to Maya's Master award??
I can think of one or two already for the shortlist...:D
Great idea either way. Now you know there are many users out there now living out the Charlie Bucket dream (Willy Wonka) looking in their emails from now on to see if they have the golden ticket. What great fun...:D
P.S I would like to sign up for this but I will be away for a few weeks so I won't be around when it goes live...just in case I am lucky enough to get a 'ticket' and you don't get a reply.......;) :rolleyes: |

Fantastic idea.
I have one complaint, why didn't you make the Ambassador Badges appear 3D or give them a drop shadow?
They do have a nice design and the winner should be proud displaying it.

Yay! we get 10% off. I am a sucker for bargains. Seriously, this is a really cool idea. It will probably be a while before I'm good enough to be considered for gold being I am just getting back to truespace. But a little more motivation to improve is always cool. |
