I cannot download my files from Caligari // Roundtable

Hallo,

i tryied to download my registered files from Caligari site (TS 7.5, Manuals and s.o.) and the update of manuals from the email Caligari send to us, I use my username and account but am denied to download. Who know where the problem is?

Yes, please note when you have a major issue like lack of access to your files, can't log in, etc, posting to the forums is not a good way to get an answer.


Not that we mind you posting to the forums, just that we can't monitor the forums as well as we can monitor our email. So do please send an email for important issues, as then we can respond to you more quickly.


The idea here is that posting to the forums is not beneficial for you, so using the support and customer service emails to get a faster, more efficient response and save yourself needing to wait :)


Forums are good for more general questions, hints and tips, etc - but for important stuff like accessing your account, email is the way to go!

Sorry all, after trying many times by IExplorer I'm using Firefox on my son PC and it works fine, I think Explorer has some problem with cookies.

Maybe your security level is set too high and blocks cookies?
