You have a receipt even though it is 'virtual' and Caligari have your purchase on record as it is in your repeat download area. But why would you need to prove it is legal? |

Simply print off your 'virtual receipt' and if the firm wanted reassurance they could simply contact Caligari. If it really is a big issue then I have no doubt Caligari would do their best to send you a paper copy for you records...:D |

How did you buy TS? Credit Card? Cheque? Money order? All of those give you a statement with the transaction on it-that's your receipt plus the emails that Caligari sends you. |

In most countries, the e-mail confirmation that your payment has been received is acceptable as proof of purchase. I had a copy of 6.6 on my work PC and they accepted a printed copy of my e-mail as being legally binding. |

nothing against "hard" buying.

Hi Andras,
As long as you've registered the product with Caligari you're fine. If you lose your serials, give Tom or Paul a call or e-mail and they'll get you straight.
When my laptop died I lost my serials and they took care of me pretty much same day/next day.
Caligari staff is very friendly and always happy to help the customers out. Even though we tend to become a raving spittle drooling loony mob around release time... |

Maybe because we become a raving spittle drooling loony mob around release time?
