Hey Mykyl1966, I once spent a week in Elgin playing in their annual Show.
I have never before or since met so many people who could just drink hour after hour and not fall over ( though they may have been talking like washing machines, after a bit).
Here we are some 30 years later, and they are still the most friendly people I have ever met. Total strangers wined and dined us, we stayed in their homes, and they were the most attentive hosts I have ever encountered.. Fond memories!

OMG! I never noticed that! Well that's a fair cop Splinters especially considering the grief I gave you about making fart jokes!:D If I had a petard I'd have to go and hoist myself upon it!
It would also be fair to say my spelling stinks!:p |

This does not surprise me. There were many settlers of Scots descent in New Zealand and they tended to live in the far south of the South Island - the Scots influence is verrry strong there. Dunedin, the biggest city in the area, means Edinburgh of the South. It's long been said here that the further south you go the friendly the people are and that has certainly been my experience. |

Let's roll into the second hundred posts in style!
Sharpen your daggers- or sheath them if you'd prefer, and fire up another smoke!
An anxious world awaits... |

Actually I wish all the yapping would stop. It buries the important posts which is about 3D graphics and trueSpace.
Use the blog provided if you must spout, just my opinion old - but I'm wearing thin of all these kinds of posts - they all look the same like Charlie Brown's adult voices (waaah waaah waaah waaah) :) |

You don't have to read them.
So far there's only two threads on the merger, so the idea that they're burying others is nonsense. Maybe you should take your own advice about opinions, and the spouting of? |

Or you can use the Blog, which is what it was designed for. |

Sorry James but I'm with Transient on this one (although you are of course entitled to your own opinion. This is the Roundtable forum, intended for general comments and discussions. You can easily just stop reading this thread if you wish - you could even go to the Rants and Raves forum and have a good rant about it!:)
The only other thing I've got to say is waaah, waaah, waaah. :D |
