Lots of nice pics I'm surprised - no one got at least a runner prize. Still as its been observed before its Roman's choice. Haven't seen the anims yet, except my own! - but they look interesting. Flags - who would have thought - there is a flag in my anim as well.

Congrats to all participants. :banana::banana:

Burnart, yours cracked me up! The only thing I would have wished you had added was in the first scene when the saucer stops suddenly. I would have had a rip start appearing in the background as if he hit "Space" and put a hole in it.
A really great job.

I couldn't load the two flag animations, "Page not found" error

I guess that there were not enough submissions for a "prize" this month. I think all the winners did well.

That was a nice logo animation. What did you render it in?

I used to have a great 3dsmax book that was written by a quality logo animator, unfortunately it ended up on permanent loan.

Thanks for the compliments guys and that was good idea Steinie too bad I didn't think of it. (You obviously recognise my cheesy essence.)

What can I tell you about it - it was rendered in dribble apart from the flag which was rendered using lightworks but was composited between a dribble background and foreground. Liberal use of plugins - Motion Studio and Joint Master as well as ClothMotion of course. Apart from the cloth simulation everything else was keyframed.

Started it on a whim as I had most of the items already made and it took me about 2 months from decision to do it to the contest submisson - which is very quick for me.

Some nice images for sure but it's a bit disappointing if there were only 6 people who submitted entries.

Great to see Kena and Nez were both selected - those guys certainly put a lot of work into those images. Well done chaps - and well done everyone else too.

Off to check out the anims now.....

Thanks W!zard - nice to be up there alongside such a Gallery-established individual ;)

At least it wasn't all brochure-type interiors this month :D

I really like your shot too - that was the one with the new verison of Vue that Jamesmc tipped you off about? I'd like a way of getting such nice vegetation into TS but I think my system would die!

Well I love Emmanuel's entry (suprise, suprise) and nice to see a dribble render in the gallery. Certainly looks good...:D
