Main feature: Hexagon 1.2 for free and only $37 to upgrade to 2.5. Space issue; model a destroyer (hexagon) rig an alien, animate a space walk and simulate cometary impacts. Feature on Pixar with a focus on Wall-E...:D 15 tips for faster renders, 13 professional workstations compared, XSI ice featured. Some cracking artwork, free Turbo Squid models and some hi-res textures (a lovely space shuttle I actually needed!!) All in all a good read this month and the free software makes the price of the mag just ridiculous. Enjoy, until next month (The human face in 3D: everything from modelling to lip syncing)...
