I saw the downloaded file is 11 Mo for 1.52 and 21.8 Mo for 1.53 is it only a bug fixed version ? The fixes are bug fixes, statbility and speed, based on the 1.52 functionality. HTH! There is a post he made with a list of fixes if you search. Look in the Advance aspect in the Hair panel. This only applies to newly created Hair.
