Any word on when it will get some bug fix patching? I rarely use it anymore, due to instability. |

I'm guessing there is a no comment between this post and the previous. |

Along the same lines, is there a "roadmap" for development? It would be great to understand the future direction of the product. I'm hoping that its an actively developed product even though its currently free :) |

Must be instability related to your workflow. I have not run up against too much of it myself. But I don't think that we have the same workflow. |

I am not running into instability things, I am running into lots of work flow issues though. Rigging can be challenging also...

Please name the instability issues you have. That's the only way they can be fixed. |

You both have a good point. I guess I should start up a list. I am ill prepared atm. Most seem somewhat random. Library problems, crashing to desktop etc, this is no list I will put one together in the coming weeks. |

I've also had a number of crashes -- enough that I'm cutting back on my use of tS. The last 2-3 did not automatically produce crash reports so I can't really send in a report (and I can't send the file I was working on). The last crash occurred as I was resizing a cube -- tS just froze. I would really like to see a bug fix release. |

Sure, but as told, just known bugs can be fixed. So please provide as much information as possible. A sample scene can help to reproduce the problem here.
Mmh, when it is a special scene, what about reducing this special scene down to the trouble part?
The troublepoint is always: is the bug reproduceable. Ideally it is and comes with an example how to reproduce. In this case it is easy to catch for the devs. Which doesn't mean it is easily fixable though. Some bugs needs a rewrite of vital parts.
And then there is the problem that even the devs has just two hands. Lots of the issues i have reported are still open. Which shouldn't discourage you to report your issues. They will get adressed. Sooner or later the devs have to fix them :) |

Ts actually forced my computer to restart once.
Fatal system error to be exact.
Haven't got one again :) |
