Yes, its that time of fortnight again - a fortnight being a 2 week period, for those who are not from the UK ;) - where we have Thursday Night Live!
This is our informal meeting of community members that takes place in 3D shared space, and features general gossip, the chance to ask for tips and help from others, and a speed modeling challenge where we pit 2 people against each other, giving them 15 minutes to create an object picked by popular opinion.
To come along, visit at 5pm PST on Thursday 20th November, tomorrow evening as I write. To save time zone calculations, you can just use the clock on the page below (along with the link to click on to sign in):

I invite anyone who wants to be a speed modeler this week to email me in advance, and if you have any cool ideas for the contestants to model in 15 minutes, send those in by email too if you like! Final selection will be made at the live event, but always good to have nominations and ideas in advance.

Will be good to see you both there! Just wanted to bring this thread up to the top again, to catch the eye of all those passing through the forums. Just 5 hours to go before the meeting starts. Don't forget you are welcome to propose modeling topics for the speed modeling challenge here before the meeting starts (or just come along and propose the topic live and in person!).
