Hi Guys,

I have more or less got all the training and all my past purchases down.

HOWEVER, when I log into the EBUY Cart - it allows me in. I can see all my past purchases, back to 2000. I can download most straight away BUT when it comes to downloading from the V6.5 Order ID - I see the files and the download button, but when I click it I end up at a page saying:

------------------------------------------------------------

This area or file is only available after you purchased this items.

Access restricted:

Sorry, but the username and password you entered, or have stored in your EBuy cookie, could not be found in our system. Please make sure you enter your information exactly.

------------------------------------------------------------

If I then try a later 7.5 ORDER ID - it just crashes.

Anyone else with these issues??

Aidan

You may want to email customer support, while they are still there and the email is still up and running. I'll try forwarding it along here too, but best if they have an email of yours to reply to direct.

HTH!

Hi Tom,

Actually - after routing around I found I had the CD's for 5.1, 6.0, 6.5 and 6.6 - emergency over. I also had version 7.6 downloaded. With this new world of all software being downloaded I had forgotten I had the original CD's. However I will still email cust support.

Thanks for the reply Tom,

Aidan

I wonder what a signed manual in a boxed copy is worth then...;)

Not too much yet - until I travel the world destroying any other copies, thus making my signed copies rarer, muahahhahahahah.... err I mean, not too much yet but hang on to them for a few years, you never know what might happen to their value. Seems I had a funny turn there.

;)

I have the 6.6 box complete but surely this can't beat a boxed copy of tS7 with a manual that has a personalised message from Roman. I mean, a tS7 manual? Do you realise how rare they are?

:D:D

What was the personalised message "Goodbye" perhaps?
