I was wondering why RsObj files are so huge in size.
I have been doing so testing as to the different sizes with the same object saved in different formats from within trueSpace 7.11. Note: There are no images as textures just solid colors.

Object.cob = 789 KB
Object.RsObj = 7.31 MB
Object.RsObj = 8.51 MB (Simplified mesh)

Scene.RsScn = 2.21 MB
Scene.RsObj = 7.67 MB (All objects and lights encapsulated from above Scene.RsScn)

sure seems like alot of extra bloat..

the one that drives me nuts is the new bitmap image library..why the heck do we need images turned into .rsitem ..that should be done internally at the moment you need to use one..:(
