I know TS can save in .X, one of the file formats supported by the XNA Content Pipeline. I'm also looking at writing a custom importer and processor to handle .cob files natively. Where can I obtain the file format specifications for .cob files, preferrably for TS 7.11 or later? I do remember seeing a spec for TS 6 files, but don't know where that is offhand or if it covers TS 7+. Thanks.

You can find a description of the cob file format at http://www.caligari.com/download/tsx.asp?Cate=DTSX. Once you start playing around with understanding it, I would strongly recommend saving scenes in ASCII format for verification purposes.
