When loggin n ,My system slows to where nothing works

sometimes this can be for 5 minutes or so, After that ,

I can make it to the lobby, and then it hangs and crashes back to the desktop,very frustrating.


System

2.53 processor

1 gig RAM

cable access 750 up 1 meg down

Which version of truePlay do you have? tp1.0 or tp1.2 There is a difference. You might try un-installing the version you have. Then go to "my computer" C:/truePlay file and delete it and then close out of that and empty your Recycle Bin. Then make sure your anti-virus is turned off and then re-install truePlay with the truePlay 1.2 and allow it to install the directX. Then try it. This worked for me. Hope it helps.

Which graphics card do you have, and which version of Windows are you running? These are the two most critical elements in how truePlace will perform (more so than processor and memory for example).
