I'm still playing around with VRay materials and was just thinking how a teaser scenery should look like. Nothing I will invest more work in, so just enjoy if you like it :)


Before reading on you should first take a look at the picture !


Basic idea was to place the materials I was just working with so that the eye of a viewer would get catched and lead towards VRay.


As a view angel I thought of kind as a V , the pearls like spheres should form the V. One side was rounded like the wing of the butterfly on the trueSpace VRay logo. This is the left side, catching focus on the spotligh dot.


All objects are rounded so the eye can glide on from one object towards the other. The right side and the left side of the symbolic V lead towards the logo. The ring now implicates the impression of a treasure, of something valuable. From a treasure you mainly will look upwards, thus following the V again towards the logo. It is transparent, and as curiosity was opened before one will look at it to read and see what it means there. Needs more concentration, so you will keep it better in mind:D then just taking a short elusive look.


Background and floor is textured to give some kind of comfortable feeling.


OK, time to return back to reality:rolleyes: and continue with more material experiments:D
