3.0 GHz P4 with 1GB RAM, On-board Intel Extreme Graphics 2 with 96 MB memory. Windows XP Pro

I've been having a problem with TS6.6 crashing when I change views, say from perspective to side view or top view. It seems to get worse and worse when working on a particular file until I can't change views at all. It also seems to be related to the complexity of the scene. Changing from Open GL to wireframe mode makes no difference. The file size is only about 13 MB. The message I get says an instruction at a particular memory location could not be read, or sometimes written. The memory location seems to be different each time.

Does anyone have an idea what might be the cause and how it might be mitigated? Would a different video card get rid of the problem, or reduce the occurance?

Thanks for the help.

tS66 yep does that.

The only cure is to save your work often, shut tS66 down and restart your computer if it starts acting the fool.

tS66 still locks up with my 6800 Xtreme Video card from time to time, Along with 2 gig system memory.

It's written on a old platform and sometimes coughs and sputters.

Still quite useable though, it's a tinkerer's essential took. :)
