I played with a pendulum, set up like this. Lower blue cross is centre of gravity, upper two blue crosses are the two fixation points (seen frome side view).

After swinging the pendulum a couple of times around the cube, with physical move tool, it looks like this:

What Time Step value do you have in the PhysEngine node in the Link Editor? I'm willing to bet it is set too low enabling you to move the pendulum inbetween the simulation calculations.

its was 2, I upped it to 40 after you pointed that out (above 40 the object won't budge).

At Time Step value 40 the phys. move tool still can drag the constrained pendulum off its constraints, look here:
