is there anybody out there have a good idea to labeling a bottle without

the material rectangle, either with material or objects or both technics

I use boolean subtraction. Cylinder just slightly wider than the bottle, subtract. Maybe union with a wedge to get a rectangular label.

For materials, you should be able to use textures to do it. You can use multiple layers, one for the glass one for the label. Then use an Alpha Map to control the transparency between the layers, which will determine which areas are glass and which are paper (for the label). You can then use a texture map on the paper / label layer to put whatever you want on the label (texture map and alpha map will need to match up of course).


For modeling, you could also just draw on faces and use Paint Face to give them a different material. You could also select all those faces and apply their own UV map, to make it easier to handle the texture for the label. You could sweep those faces a very small amount to give the appearance of some thickness to the label. You could also cut those selected faces from the original glass too, to have a totally physically separate model for the label if you like.
