I'm having more difficulty with Vista....

TS (6.6) wouldn't respond every time I ran it, so I did an uninstall. The uninstaller stopped responding about halfway through so I had to end the process. When I looked back, I saw that many of the files were still there, sitting in the "trueSpace66" folder. I managed to delete the rest of them except one: "trueSpace.tsp."

Every time I try to delete it, the "deleting file" window pops up, and just sits there, doing nothing until I click "cancel" or the "X" button.

I also tried reinstalling TS over the old files, but that had the same result as the uninstall did.

Please Help!!!!!!!!!

No, but that would just take up disc space. I want to get rid of those unused files.

I got it fixed, and it's in the directory I wanted.

Thanks for the suggestion anyway!:D

Good to hear, would you mind sharing what you did to solve this?

Like I said in the previous post, I deleted every file except "trueSpace.tsp."

When I reinstalled, I just selected the TS directory that already existed, and clicked "next." I'm guessing that the first time I tried this, One of the files I hadn't deleted was interfering.
