Are bridge settings included in either scene or layout save?

I think so, not confirmed, but I think so...

Hey, you just reminded me I turned my bridge off to see if that improved V-Ray rendering times, Someone might want to tell Prodigy...

It is possible to save Bridge settings with a scene and is very easy.
Make sure nothing is selected first.
Start the jScript Macro recorder and record your actions changing the bridge settings that you would like. Now select the Stop Macro Recording button. Then select the top left icon on the Recorded Macro's titlebar and select Run Automatically. Include this script with your scene and save it. Next time you open this scene the script will run and set your settings.

So this is what Shike and anyone with a hardware testscene should do to be sure they don't run it differently?

Thanks for sharing.

I wanted the bridge to be off. Here is the jscript that was recorded..

function Execute(params)

{

// Macro captured 05/17/07 14:25:59

Node.Value("/Preferences/Desktop", "BridgeSync") = "Off"

}

Wow! Can do all sorts of startup things here.
